How was myHotel born?
myHotel was created as a solution to improve the guest experience and help hotels evolve, leaving behind slow and inefficient processes that some still use, such as:
Manual, paper-and-pencil processes.
Use of basic tools like Google Forms, Excel, or in-house systems.
Online reputation management across multiple OTAs.
To avoid this, we created a Guest Experience platform that puts the guest at the center.
